The media could not be loaded.  This paper is PHENOMENAL. It takes water and scrubbing like a champ! Extremely rough texture gives it a rustic/handmade feel. Won't bleed outside of where you direct your brush. You can use both sides without worries about it bleeding through. I used Winsor & Newton gouache for this particular swatch, but also suitable for watercolor, brush lettering, calligraphy etc. Beautiful 100% cotton paper that absorbs all wet media extremely well. Also takes very well to a ballpoint pen and archival ink.

I'm still a little new to watercolor painting and this is my first time trying out a different type of paper. Definitely not like regular watercolor paper. It is super thick! I needed to adjust my technique but the results look very nice! The water didn't immediately absorb. It took a second or two. The paints didn't bleed. There is a lot of texture to this paper so fine details may be difficult. Great for card making. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and I'm looking forward to using it more. I would order again.

This paper is very textured and soaks in the water very quickly. It's definitely more of a handmade almost canvas like surface and the deckled edges are nice. I think these will be really good for layering media.

This paper is handmade with great care, handles watercolor very well, and enhances the texture and granulation. It is available in several weights, and they serve many purposes. The paper gives personality to your artwork.

I love this paper! I use it with my digital artwork printing with my Ecotank 8500 printer and the colors just POP! The texture of the paper adds to the quality of my art prints as well as giving it a little bit of character. The paper is sturdy and I have nothing bad to say about this product.It would be great to physically paint on as well or write a custom letter to someone.Will definitely be purchasing over and over for all my future art projects.

Thought I’d give this paper a try, so glad I did. It has a rough side and a smoother side, both can take a lot of water, which is what I was looking for. Even when very wet, it stayed flat throughout the painting process without having to be taped to a substrate to keep the edges from curling. A nice touch was the note included from the artisan thanking me for my order. I’ll be buying again.

Great quality paper! I used these for a Christmas scavenger hunt for my partner and wrote/drew on a handful of cards. They’re great quality, thick and almost feels as if I’m writing on canvas or something similar. Going to save leftovers for other special events

年賀状に使用するために購入しました。独特な手触りの紙でかなりの厚みがあります。表面がもこもこしてて、実家の壁紙を剥がして持ってきたみたいな感じです。ものは試しとプリンターに入れてみたらなんの問題もなく印刷できてしまいました。郵便局が指定しているはがきの最大サイズより一回り大きいので注意が必要です。定規をあてて手でちぎったら繊維がいい感じにほつれてくれます。
