Disappointing quality
I am afraid I am very disappointed with the latest order. I use this product to make ginger tea in bulk for my own consumption, filtering out the cut root through a kitchen strainer. Unfortunately this latest batch forms a "sludge" which blocks the filter and makes it difficult to bottle when trying to separate the debris from the liquor. I am afraid I will probably not purchase this product again, unless I can be sure of the quality.

Really strong ,dried ginger root with a very strong scent. would make a nice tea, or grind into curries or stir fries. I've never come across a stronger ginger root before. Please be careful before sniffing!!!!
