Max Speed of 2 Mpbs no joke i checked
First of all, if you own a Chromebook or Linux forget this it doesn't work, the drivers it needs are only for Mac and Windows when you plug it in it shows up as a storage device inside there is the driver for it and the speed I got is a maximum of 2 Mpbs I mean I freaking wifi works faster I wanted to use it for higher download speed, ended up wasting my money

The device is USB 1 so it can go upto 10 mega bits per second only
On the product page, there is written that it is 100 Mega bytes per second, but in real life it uses USB 1 controller so it can never to above 12.5 mega bit per second, no driver is available for linux as well, we have to use sr9700 and do some hacking in order get it working, and worst part is even after doing many hacking in linux kernel, it can reach upto 5-6 mega bits per second. The quality of the plastic is worst ever possible, just hooking once in the USB port can break the top plastic cover.

I had ordered this product on March 3 2024 but now it's not working even red light is not blinking. How can I claim warranty and what is the procedure let me know?

DONT INSTALL THE DRIVERS ON WINDOWS
when you connect the adapter the adapter shows up as a storage device where the drivers are storedDO NOT install those drivers use the product as is with as windows automatically figures out the drivers required
