They're shorts
Yes they are 3 inch shorts but they feel longer. The inner pocket isn't waterproof which means you don't get so sweaty. The drawstring has a larger than usual buckle which feels quite large. The gusset does not rub. Good value

Very happy
I use for gym & then sauna/steam room. Shorts are comfortable, fit well and allow freedom of movement in the upper leg. The rear "phone" pocket is useless as far as I am concerned & shorts would be a bit more comfortable without them. Inner lining is comfortable & keeps things where they need to be

These short but not too short shorts are my new favourite short shorts
I can honestly say that I don't think I'll buy another brand of running shorts ever again, unless Time To Run go bust or discontinue this particular style. My brother bought me a pair of these shorts quite recently after buying a pair for himself and I've already bought a second pair in a different colour. The shorts are comfortable and fit really well. They're super lightweight and don't get in the way when you're running, but the elasticated inner brief area is supportive and comfy, such that I don't feel the need to wear additional underwear beneath them.An uncomfortable inner has been a major source of irritation with other types of running short I've worn. The rear zip pocket (which almost spans the width of the shorts) is very useful. It's big enough to carry a phone, keys and/or an energy gel or two. They machine wash well and hang dry very quickly.I'm a 75kg male with a 31inch waist and a larger than normal butt area and the medium size fits me perfectly, although my brother is of mainly the same proportions (minus the butt) and he also finds the medium to be comfortable.

Great pair of running shorts for the price.
Great pair of shorts for the price. I’ve tried a few ‘budget’ running shorts from Amazon and these are the best in the £10-15 category. My only comment would be that they are slightly baggier than my previous pair of Nike 3 inch shorts, but this just makes them more comfortable.

Not great value for money
The materials feel cheap, plasticky. The back pocket is too deep, anything you put in there bounces up and down while you run. The clip that is supposed to keep the waist elastic tight tends to slide and you need to make a knot.

Seems solid so far
These tend to be my first choice for running since buying, especially anything on the faster side. They are pretty short but that's not a complaint. They seems well made, durable and I am a fan of the pocket in the back, very useful for carrying gels and don't notice them too much when I'm running.
