I watched several videos on tictok until I was convinced of the product and bought it. I thought it wouldn't work, but I looked for tabata music and tried it! you know what? It is a very good tool for training. Now I look for tabata of 15 minutes or more and do my daily routine. I love it, so much so that I'm going to sell all my exercise equipment that I don't use and that takes up a lot of space in my house. Now he is my best friend. I recommend it 100%.

A bit on the smaller side, definitely fun though for kids and adults. Comes with a USB charger. Make sure you allow a good 2 hrs of charging time before first use.

This is way smaller than what the add made it look. I was thinking it was much larger than what I thought from the add. This seems more for kids than a full grown adult.

Just like the picture, the quality is great and they came in perfect condition. I bought two for my daughters. They love them!

It is great for exercise. The patterns aren't based on the song that I'd playing at the time but you can change the patterns and speed them up.
