I am used to those collapsable plastic sabers that are very thick, like the size of a drinking cup because they have to hold all that plastic inside. When I held this it was thin. The metal was cool, and the whole thing was very sturdy. It's more like what I think the actual light sabers look like from the shows.When you turn it on it makes a cool reverb sound lighting up, and then it makes noise again when you change color. There are a LOT of colors available. It'll also make a sound when you move it and another when you smack it on something (the lights will also flash then too).Personally I thought the sound was a bit too loud, so I just stuck a bit of fabric in the bottom and it muffled the sound enough for me. There isn't a volume control that I can see.The light on the blade isn't perfectly even. It is brighter at the base, and then gets a little darker the farther up you go until at the very end it's bright again. So it's not _perfect_ but it's way better than what I've been using.After playing with it a whole week, my family went to visit some friends and they asked what we'd been doing and we said "lightsabers" and wouldn't you believe it, he whipped out THREE of these things and we had another lightsaber battle right there.I do really appreciate how stable this lightsaber is and it will go great with our costumes this year!

I can’t believe how quickly this arrived. Packaged safely. It’s pretty large and has a range of colours and sounds - my kids absolutely love it. I did get annoyed because I believed the sound had stopped working after less than a day, but after checking the instructions carefully I realised that 3 consecutive clicks within 0.8 seconds puts it into mute mode (good to know when the kids are making too much noise!). It’s easy to get the sound back - you just do 3 quick clicks again. So far, I cannot fault it. 5*

I bought this for my friend for Christmas as a black Friday deal, and he loved it! It's handle is sturdy and heavy, which feels amazing and works great if you're doing tricks with it. The option to turn off the noise is definitely a life saver and the colors are so vibrant. O highly recommend! I would say I don't think the main portion is very sturdy, I don't know if it would hold up well to a lightsaber fight.

We have ordered several Sabers and they have been very high quality. We did have an issues with one saber and it was immediately resolved and a replacement was sent out immediately

They change colors, have sound effects, AND you can mute it...which if you have kids is important. Recommended buying this one

We have a four year old at home who's obsessed with Star Wars and we have various collection of lightsabers: inflatable, plastic short one, plastic one that expands but is too loud, you name it. I like that this lightsaber lets me charge with USB-C, and I initially thought the sound was way too loud for my preference, but the fact that I can mute the sound was really nice. I'm still debating on whether to let my kiddo know that it makes sounds, ha. The ability to change colors and it's very sturdy based on hard swings I've tried. I can't comment on the battery life yet but I do think that we'll be able to use this for many years to come. One bonus is that you can even remove the stick and use the base as a strobe light!

This was the 2nd saber I had to buy from them. I was forced to do that because the first one broke and the only option to recoup anything, despite being still under warranty, was to purchase this leave a 5-star review, and then they would send me the equivalent amount via Paypal. Super unethical and this lightsaber is so much cheaper than the first one. It doesn't have as many features yet was the same price. The make of it feels lighter made with worse parts and like it's going to break the instant I swing it. Don't buy this! Cheap crap from an unethical company that WILL break!

Terrible sound quality, but that's the only flaw feels good in the hand the, lights are super bright but bought this as a gift for dueling since I purchased a set from different vendor and those just sound better and hum while on and make contact sounds this one just makes a weird screech when you swing and only hums when ignited looks cool though so pretty sure they'll like the gift
