Only second time I've ordered vanilla beans and these are by far the very best ever! Super fresh as the smell is unbelievable. Nice and plump too! In comparison to other vanilla beans they were very reasonably priced. I would not order anything else other than the bourbon beans. Very happy with them.

These were great for making homemade vanilla. Cannot wait to give it as gifts for Christmas!

What a steal! I have bought other beans before but I will never go back. The beans I received were fat and moist! I used 1.75L bottle of vodka making four 16oz bottles of vanilla!

I ordered two of these. One was exactly what I expected (right size, plenty plump, fragrant, and delicious, air-tight, ...), and the other had about a 1/2-inch clean cut through the edge of the plastic, ruining the air-tight seal the other had. Amazon's packaging was fine, so the issue must have happened some time before that (perhaps the FBA center, perhaps the seller). It didn't matter all that much for me since the vanilla was still soft and I could choose to just use it a bit sooner than planned, but other buyers might be interested in case that's a pattern.

I liked everything about these beans. They are all soaking in vodka, vanilla extract to come. Best beans I have ever purchased.

big, uniform, and perfect for use

Beans were okay. For grade “A” they weren’t very plump/moist, at least compared to other vanilla beans I have purchased in the past. Most were flat and somewhat shriveled. They will still work for making extract but not the quality I expected.
