It’s tough to find a brush that doesn’t have ball tips — those are impossible to clean because the hair gets stuck under the tips. I even resorted to cutting off the balls on my old brush, but the ends were too sharp. So finding this brush made for a happy day.

The real star here is the curved vent brush with wide bristles. I have never seen a brush like this before. The curved design with wide spaced plastic bristles makes for the perfect brush for my thick, slightly wavy hair. Even after conditioning my thick, color treated hair, it will still have tsngles in it, so after towel drying my hair, I spray it with conditioning spray and then use this to brush it through my hair effortlessly. I was using a wide spaced plastic hair pick to do this previously, but this brush is much better. It doesn’t pull and breaks up the tangled bits easily. The curved design is so clever!I also love to use the curved brush to gently brush through my medium long length hair after using my curling iron. The wide spaced bristles help to keep the curl while breaking it up into loose, soft waves. I use this if I’m in a hurry to blow dry my hair and it works well for just brushing though while drying, but I still use another vent brush and a round brush for the roots if I am doing a proper blowout style.I have much nicer, more expensive brushes, but this is the one I grab daily after showering to run through my wet hair before blow drying, and also to quickly brush through my dry hair as well. It is my most used brush now.These brushes are lightweight and made from a hard plastic without a lot of give which is fine for the larger curved brush but I find that the smaller brush pulls as I use it to blow dry my hair. The smaller vent brush doesn’t work as well for my thick hair — it needs more give. I passed this one on to my husband to use.I would definitely repurchase the curved brush and love it for my thick hair, but the other vent brush in this set is a bit to stiff to use for blow drying my hair.Added bonus is the nice brush take that came with the set. It works well to remove hair from the brush.

I hate when brushes get gross and are hard to clean, this brush doesn’t have that problem. The hair comes right out and it doesn’t get dusty. It’s great at getting out tangles and good on wet hair.

Doesn’t really get all the way through to other side of hair to detangle hair. Sometimes have to repeatedly brush one spot to get job done which creates a lot of static on some days, other days not. Also depends on how knotty your hair gets. I have fine hair so I can brush it and it’s tangled in 30 mins so it’s just annoying to have to brush hair longer, however it’s good if your hair is decent and it doesn’t hurt to brush your hair.
