The directions to put the unit together were easy to understand and follow. It took me about 30 minutes to have it ready to use. I have about 3 acres of fence line and several outbuildings to trim around. It went thru the 8-inch prairie grass like butter. It more than met my expectations.

I purchased to cut the thick grass and brush around the pond dam. It works like a champ. I needed to contact customer service on minor damage that occurred during shipping. They were top notch and solve the issue quickly and without any cost to me. I am more than pleased with this purchase. Starts up easily. Runs like a scalded pig and cuts like a samurai. Also, there's no battery. This is a gas engine. I have used this trimmer 20 hours already and no issues.

Ran great for about 3 months then the metal piece that was holding the trimmer line flew off while I was using it. Made attempts to contact the seller with no answers then went to Amazon for help and was denied assistance stating the a to z did not cover this issue. So I now have a $350 machine that is useless. Would not suggest buying from this vendor they don’t seem to care about their customers to this date I still have not received any response.

I hadn’t mowed my backyard for a LONG time due to a knee injury. Finally couldn’t stand looking at it so I ordered this in the hopes that it would give me my backyard back. It did. The machine itself never complained, and it was relatively easy to maneuver, even with a messed up knee. The only complaint I have, is that the cord provided doesn’t last. I went through all of the cord while doing my backyard, and barely finished. Easy fix, though. Just order a spool and replace as needed. This is a great buy.

Machine works very well. Has a slight oil leak I need to check out.

Have rocky property and this is ideal it is more better than even having a whipper snipper

I was surprised this arrived so quickly and in good shape. There wasn't much to put together and we only had to add gas as they include a bottle of oil. The machine started right up and worked as advertised which is rare to find these days. I am fairly disabled but I was not only able to start it but use it. It seems lighter than the 50 lbs. so maybe the big wheels make a big difference.
