1 star is too generous being honest its a waste of money static mini shocks no thriving body changing shocks well im not wanting my money back so many of these on amazon just gonna burn it probably have more fun doing that..... just don't buy guys unless your gonna be disappointed

It’s comfortable, lightweight and portable and it feels good quality. I can see and feel my muscles contracting and relaxing. It has 6 modes of intensity and it’s effective! It also stops automatically when it’s finished its program!

Wasn't as powerful or as direct position to hit all of of the abdominal muscles

I have used an toning belts on and off for years and was looking for one that was less bulky . This one is super thin, gives good power and addition of the arm ones is great. Comfortable to wear, easing myself in to it again but feels just like the higher priced ones.
