This tool has changed my life. It’s allowed me to pinpoint specific areas and literally blast away tissue that has been wreaking havoc for years. Now, about the product and company...It’s very durable and is of great quality. I’ve used it for hours upon hours for about a year and a half. I love the case, I take it on all my trips. It’s lightweight yet substantial. After about a year and a half, the charger seemed to have gone on the fritz. I was struggling to figure out which (generic) one to buy on Amazon, as they only run about $20 - which was well worth it to keep my tool up and running. As much as I used it, this seemed like a reasonable lifespan. I reached out to the company to ask if they could clarify what style/model I should buy... or if it was by chance covered under the 2-year warranty. I received an immediate response saying thank you for contacting us, we’ve actually released a new upgraded model, and we’re happy to send you it at no charge (also no shipping cost). That was on Wednesday. Saturday morning my new massage tool was delivered to my front door. I love this thing! I’m so excited and am very surprised at the level of customer service and generosity of this company. I wouldn’t buy from anyone else. Although I have not used a $300+ version of this tool, I can’t imagine them being any better than this one. This thing is fantastic, when my spouse uses it on my back and shoulders I can feel the tension breaking like glass. It dosent make much noise and I haven't had to recharge it yet. The case is nice and makes it much easier to keep all the parts together. I would absolutely recommend this for anyone who has chronic tension pain.

Been hearing a lot of stuff about massage guns and my friend couldn't stop talking about theirs. I had tried their massage gun and was pleasantly surprised. So I went and bought one of my own. This massage gun was a third of the price of theirs and I felt that this one was much more powerful and had more attachments. Extremely easy to use and battery lasted a super long time. I'd recommend buying it if you ever get sore or stiff!

When I first got this, it was meant to be a new year gift for a friend. Then, after testing it out a little, I start to get attached to it and decide to keep it for myself. LOLMy job requires intense desk work and working in front of computer a lot. Usually by the end of the day, my shoulder and arm will just feel very sore, tense and tight. This massage gun comes with all I need in case. It has multiple levels (easily by touch the button on back three different level change)and tips I can pick from. It even comes with a small instruction flyer to show me where to use what tip and for how long. The battery lasts very long and the tips are very easy to change. It probably last for a week when it’s fully charged. Before this massage gun, I would go spa every now and then, which you know it’s pricy. This massage gun provide good enough release on my shoulder muscle. Totally worth it. I works out very often. And I will use this product after my gym time. Guess what?! My body is not that sore the next day. WOWWell, nothing’s perfect. The only down side of this thing is that I will need another person’s help in order to use it on my back and Spin. If it can be solved as well, that would be awesome. Or I will need to ask for help every time.Overall, I will say it’s a good purchase！

My sister had let me use a Hypervolt gun she borrowed from work and have been looking to get one ever since, but the price for the hypervolt and other "name brand" guns was a more than I was willing to pay. This gun is just as quiet and works just the same as the hypervolt. Happy with this purchase thus far.

One of the pieces falls out everytime I try to use it. Makes me sad. However the rest of it works well. But should have sent it back.
