I used these with and without olive oil, and my pizzas slid right off so no oil was needed. They are weighty and not flimsy. I'm really happy with these pans.

Cooked crust evenly. Happy with this purchase. Pizza came out of pan amazingly. I tried making a fruit custard dessert pizza in it, that didn't work to well because I over filled the custard. But not a fault of the pan. Will continue to experiment with this pizza idea. Would recommend to anyone needing a new pan.
