Beware of bad Certificate Codes
I ordered two kits in October. I've done this for 10+ years, never had an issue. Every Thanksgiving the kids draw their pictures and I order plates. So wasn't until after Thanksgiving I tried to order, thus using the Certificate Codes. MakIt site says they are invalid. I just discovered that both kits had the same Certificate Code, which I know is incorrect. So either there was an issue during manufacturing or someone stole the actual codes while the product was in the warehouse. There is no seal on the boxes, so you cannot tell if they were tampered with or not. Waiting to hear back from MakIt.Update: Makit customer service gave me new codes over the phone that I used immediately. They were great about it. Revised my rating to 5 stars because of the product and Makit customer service.

A family tradition
Every 2 years, I provide one of these kits to our grandchildren. They enjoy creating art work that can become a keepsake. The directions for dowloading the scanned artwork are not very well stated. It took us a while to figure out how to complete the ordering process. The products are fine quality and family treasures.

Such a lovely keepsake idea
I have used these kits before and purchased again for my nephew. So much fun and great to have a keepsake. I still have the plate I made when I was younger using this same brand :)

Great product
Easy, fun and super cute! This is my 4th child to make one, in Kindergarten, and each plate is a special keepsake.

No markers included
Box reads "Markers Included" but there were NO markers in the box. Like the other reviewer, I searched in the included instructions and online to find out what types of markers/pens could be used and found no information. Paid $19 for basically 4 round pieces of paper.

Incomplete Kit
The kit was incomplete. There were no washable markers in the package. No information/hard to get information on whether other marker products can be used. Don't order this if you need to meet any deadlines!
