this is a piece of junk do not buy it

Wish it worked as good as it looks
NOT User Friendly, i expected it to do the one thing it should do, plan a route for a trip!! It would not, i tried everything I could to plan a trip from my state to another state. It would not let me do it. After we arrived at our destination I spent an hour and got it to plan a return. Badly designed and not worth it. It is going back

nice large screen.
Not the easiest GPS I've had to program. I still don't have the clock set to standard time. It came with 23 hour military time. Otherwise it works fine and has lots of features I like.

Car charger is broken
Used this item approximately 4 times since purchase. Car charger is not working. Would like to order a new one but unable to find how to go about it.

Need user manual
It would be immensely helpful if there were a printed users manual. While the user interface is mostly helpful it does not provide detail for set up. The TINY printed document that comes with the package is printed so small you need a magnifying glass to read it and it does not provide much detail

Large screen, great for older eyes...LOL!!
The only drawback was it is hard to mount , it's our car (NO LEVEL front console)? We got it working and was impressed with size of screen. Terrific!!

Not easy to use
This system is not the easiest to use, also seems to have mind of its own , does not recognise some basic places. I have previously used a garmin system and this does not provide enough information compared in my opinion.. had to return it

Great GPS AND comes with life time updates
It took a while, but after get the map calibrated to my location everything worked fine and smooth. Comes with many apps like an indash and bright loud. The charger does need to be plugged in constantly though, when you want to use!The accuracy for what/where i press is highly accurate and has no problem pinning any location in my city. For the price and life time updates I would recommend this to anyone!
