Safety First Folks. If your smoke detectors woke you up during the night, and you smelled smoke or saw flames barreling down your hallway or the stairwell, would you be prepared to get to safety? If you aren't and you can't climb out of a window and put your feet on the ground, this ladder is for you. I only have a 13 foot drop to get out of a window, but I know that I couldn't possibly take that drop. So, I measured the distance from the window to the ground, and I invested in this ladder. It was definitely the right choice bc it's very well made, easy to use, and I feel so much better knowing that if I need it, it's right under my bed and the window is beside me. I'm happy to suggest and recommend this emergency ladder. 5☆
