I like that you have to match uppercase to lowercase and what a fun way to do it children always like locking and unlocking things this is good for their growth skills as well.

I got this set for my pre-k classroom. I have seen these elsewhere and they were VERY expensive, so when I saw these at a good price, I figured it was worth trying them. They work just as well as an educational name brand set does. The keys and locks are both labeled nicely in an easy to read early set.

Opened this game for the first time today, and my son loved it. However, it’s missing the letter “N” lock. There are two “W” locks, but no “N”.

This set of alphabet locks/keys is a clever and fun toy for preschoolers to learn the alphabet. Match the letter on the lowercase key to the uppercase lock. Children will enjoy manipulating the keys and locks while developing small motor skill. Matching the letters to open the lock is reinforcing and fun. Use of padlocks and keys is more and more limited today so this toy is a bit of a novelty for many. The colors are colorful and engaging. All materials are plastic. Time will tell how well this toy holds up to manipulation by little hands. Very young preschoolers may need assistance inserting and turning the keys inside the padlocks. This toy would be enjoyed in a school environment and also makes a great gift.
