Excellent product. Very comfortable and really good support. The padding in the strap is thickly cushioned with an adjustable portion as well. The buckle that attaches the strap to the main part of the sling is sturdy and easy to use.The fabric in the arm portion is made up of three layers: a smooth layer that is next to your skin, then a thin soft layer of foam, and then the outside layer of smooth mesh which I think makes it more breathable and light weight.Whoever designed this thing really thought it through. There is even an extra little strap across the open part of the arm portion that helps it fit better. There's a different kind of little strap at the opening where your hand rests so you can use it as a thumb rest. There are also two small pouches, one on the outside of the sling and one on the side next to your body. I hadn't thought I'd use these but have found them to be so helpful because I can put things in them (even if it's just a tissue) and easily remove things with my free arm.Before ordering I checked the pictures along the sidebar and used their measuring guide to know what size to order. Turns out I needed a small and it fits perfectly.I'm very pleased with the quality of this arm sling. I haven't written a review in a long time, and even though I'm having to type this with one hand, I was so impressed to get something of this quality for what seems to me to be a very reasonable price, I wanted to let people know.

Very supportive helped a lot with the pain . Very comfortable but sweats.

I messed up my shoulder and needed a sling to keep me from using that arm. Worked perfectly and was very comfortable. The material is soft and the brace itself works just as described.

This slings was all it promised to me and more.- easy to put on,( very important when working with one arm) a solid support for my shoulder. I ordered it to replace a hospital issued sling that was hopelessly complex, required a second person's assistance to assemble.
