Chocolate didn't melt!
These things are great! I sent a bunch of chocolates from Niagara Falls, NY to El Paso, TX and my items didn't melt! Tried to send chocolate previously without this product and it was a disaster....chocolate was globs of melted mess. Make sure you pay attention to the correct size you need. I didn't but it all worked out perfectly.

Great product
These combined with Luna ice packs kept macarons very cold for FOUR days. They seal beautifully and help protect the shipment. I highly recommend this product.

Needs a poly mailer to be effective...
Testing temp control, these definitely helped but was not magical. I put a bag of ice inside and it took about 7hrs to melt, where in comparison the bag of ice without the insulation took about 5 hrs to melt. The packaging is not sweat proof, so condensation will form on the outside if you are using it for cold items. The adhesive strip is not very strong, I would not trust it to contain your items without tape over top. It was pretty easy to open and close the bag bc the provided adhesive did not bond to the mailer. Secondly, the adhesive is ineffective when wet, and if you are using these for cold items, condensation could reach the strip and then it is worthless. These bubble mailers are not designed to be used as the outer layer of packaging, which is clearly says in the description, it is most effective at protection and temp control when used inside a self seal poly mailer. I guess you could use it as the outside layer of packaging, but you would need label stickers to do so, simply because of how shiny and reflective it is, you cannot write directly on the package, even with a thick black sharpie it was not visible. It is sturdy enough to use as the outer layer of packaging, because it feels like it would take intentional force to rip the package down the seams on the side or to puncture the shell. Just put tape over the adhesive and get label stickers if you want to use it as the outer layer.

Excellent Thermal Bubble Mailers
I wanted these bubble mailers to ship temperature sensitive items (mainly next summer). They appear to be well constructed and very durable. The outside has a foil type surface, while the inside is lined with bubble padding. The adhesive seal sticks to the foil nicely and is secure enough. I will most likely be putting poly mailers over these when I ship, "to prevent tearing of the radiant material". Measurements were spot on. For the size I chose, each weighed only about a half an ounce. Given the design, I can definitely see this product helping protect inside contents from outside temperatures.

Sturdy Bubble Mailers
A good size for many items and of high quality. Not sure about how necessary or effective the reflective coating is, but it's very shiny.

Sent it Across the Country!
My mother-in-law wanted to send a large box of food from the East Coast to the West Coast. It was going to be a seven day delivery time. Some of those food were meant to be kept refrigerated and so she froze them. I had to stop her from sending it without some sort of insulation. The box would get destroyed from the water resulting from condensation!I came across this and ordered it. I hoped this would help divide the frozen items and keep them cold through the trip. And I used some to create a padding around the frozen goods for added insulation. Well, after a week, the large box was received and it was still cold! I can't complain about the effectiveness of this product. Excellent!
