Purchased to replace a condo's signs, created by quite possibly this city's most incompetent condominium builder/condo manager. Instead of spending the $25 for durable metal signs, Mr. Incompetent printed out 11x17 pages, then had them laminated, and stapled them to 4x4 posts sunk in the ground. He spent nearly $50 per sign, and within the first year, his signs had faded to illegibility.The fact that he hadn't planted grass in the borders that was remotely appropriate for the climate and amount of sun was the reason he insisted on the signs, blaming the death of the plants not on his lack of gardening ability, his poor planning and siting of the plants, or the fact that he routinely drove his vehicle onto the strip and left it there overnight, but on the dogs of our neighborhood.Once he was fired from the building management and sued for various incompetence issues stemming from his utter inability to follow basic building codes, the condo set about fixing most of Mr. Incompetent's mistakes, ranging from rooftop decks with clogged drainage to using nongalvanized hardware on the exposed stairways.The smallest of issues got ignored, and yet still made the outside of our building look awful. So I ordered these with one day shipping, got them the same day, walked outsidr, and in five minutes used basic lag screws and washers to secure these to the new posts sunk in concrete. They're bright, reflective, and clear.And every time Mr. Incompetent drives by the building, I hope he sees the difference actually doing things the right way makes - even in the little things.

The people in my apartment complex literally are so disgusting they allow their dogs to poop everywhere, on the side walks in the middle of the streets I mean it’s everywhere. Since I put this sign up I rarely see any on my yard. All I need is a light so they can see it better.

Good material sign. Exactly what I needed. It would have been better if it included the stick to bury this to the group or some materials to hang this somewhere other than that I really like it.

Screwed it to the tree, we'll see if it works

After several incidents of stepping on dog feces by various members of family, I decided to purchase this sign. Though we do not know who is not picking up after their dog, since installing the sign at eye level, there have not been any new incidents. It is durable and of the same quality as regular town signs.

Signs were beautiful. The price compared to other sellers could not be beat and the delivery was prompt. Definitely do business with these guys again. P.s. you do need a pair of nuts and bolts or mounting screws that are not included in the package to put up the signs.

Paired with dummy video cameras behind my house, this stopped the constant dog poo being left in the alley from happening.
