No wiring
There are no twisted pairs, no wiring at all. RJ45 is not wrung out, it cannot be called a converter, because a piece of plastic does not convert anything. One cable is attached to the coax, that's it. I don't know what the seller is thinking, but it doesn't work and never will because of the laws of physics. You can buy it just for fun, maybe you can make it work, Harry Potter, but, unfortunately, without magic this thing is dead.
