Good Customer Service
The bed arrived with the packaging slightly damaged at both ends of the box. On checking, I found there were some pieces and the items to construct it missing. I contacted the seller through Amazon and they had the parts out to me within 2 days. It was quite urgent as my husband was coming out of hospital. The bed itself seems quite sturdy and, though there are a lot of pieces of timber, it was quite easy to put together, even for a 72 year old woman. The mattress, though not the most expensive, is quite comfortable according to my husband. All in all I am very pleased with my purchase. Shame about the courier!

Good cheap occasional guest bed
Everything is numbered for easy assemblyI assembled it on my own in around an hour and I'm a 75yo.I do advise using a power screwdriver as there are a lot of wood screws.The bed is very sturdy when assembled, buy some wood glue for assembling the slot in wooden dowels as some of them are a bit loose (no glue is supplied)The mattress is firm enough to give a good nights sleep, I fitted an extra memory foam mattress topper which improved the comfort a lot.I bought this as a guest bed for when my grand children stop overnight, they love it.All in all for the price you can't go wrong, it should last for many years to come.Ray

It is easy to assemble
It is easy to assemble. I know it wasn't an expensive bed, but I expected it to be a little sturdier than it is. However it's ok as a guest bed.

Bes broke on second nite.
Bed broke on second nite. Still waiting for a refund. We recycled packaging. They say we have to box bed back but we don't have any packaging that big. Very unfair. Pls just give us a refund as we still need to buy another bed.

Ok if You’re a DIY Expert with Patience
It was a good thing my son is a stayer! When he opened the box there were 101 pieces of wood, what seemed like thousands of screws, nuts and bolts. The dowels were too small and the pieces of wood kept falling apart before he could get them screwed together. With much swearing and shouts of despair, my son eventually put it together but it took him about 2 hours, and the bed is ok, although a bit lightweight.
