The workmanship is poor and the dumbell bar is very long and it is difficult to do exercises with it and the weights are in pounds and not kilograms so I do not need them الصناعة رديئة وعصا الدانبل طويله جدا ومن الصعب اجراء التمارين من خلالها والاوزان بالباوند وليس بالكيلوجرام وقد تم اعادتها لامزون

Not recommended
Receiver a damaged connecting rod. It was so heavy to carry and now I have to return it. The barbell rod was too long, the screws were only 4, not enough to use all equipment. Not good and don’t recommend anyone buying it for home gym.

Low quality Chinese products
Don’t buy this unless its for decoration 1- the bar is plastic it has bent after one month of use with light weights 2- all the weight are different the 7lb some are 4 lb some are 8lb every single one is different Do yourself a favor and buy a better one thats bit more expensive
