The grill is really well made. I have used it three times so far and have no issues with functionality. I initially bought this just to grill meats on big skewers but it also came with a roasting spit and motor. I'm new to roasting so I have only tested on chickens and they came out juicy, tender, and tasty! I can't wait to try out other meats! Friends and family members were impressed!During shipment, one of the threaded barrel nuts came loose (used for the wheels). The grill still functioned but it was not 100% level. I contacted customer service and they shipped out a replacement leg. They were very responsive and quick to act. Overall really happy that I bought this and from this seller! 10 out of 10!

Bought the grill for an event. Grill worked for 3 hours and the motor died. So began this process. Called them and they said oh sorry etc etc and stated they would send a replacement. Sent email to ask for delivery address. Sent. They asked again for address. Sent again. No response. I emailed them for status and now they are stating that grill is out of stock and won't be in warehouse for another 20 days or so. Sorry but they didn't realize that at the moment. No excuse. Now this is the end of July beginning of August. We have a wedding we are catering for on 9/1 hence the urgency. The Amazon return/refund of course has passed. I haven't called them yet. Vevor response is call Amazon or select one from website. Not the vevor website of course but only Amazon. The only product they have on Amazon has a 3.4 rating and $100 less than we paid for the other one. So options are choose a worse rated and cheaper one than we previously had because vevor won't allow us to choose one from their website at the same price or call Amazon and see what happens. Of course tried to call vevor and they are closed for lunch.🤦‍♀️ So still trying to see what gets done bc we don't want to be out of the monies we already paid and need a grill for 9/1. In short don't buy vevor products. Will provide an update if I get a resolution. Still no response from vevor in regard to the only choice they have on Amazon.

Easy to assemble and it worked well. I first used it to roast our pig and grilled bbq ribs at the same time.

Had an issue with the motor and their customer service was very quick to resolve the issue. They definitely went above and beyond.

Bought this for our restaurant for rotisserie chicken and pineapple. Not to hard to put together just awkward by yourself. The quality of the the metal is a little thin but appears to be able to do what we need it for. Goes to work soon

We had our pig secured tight on there, didn't stuff it, and 2 hours into the cook, the motor no longer would rotate with and without any weight on it. We ended up having to use the hand crank to finish off our cooking which was a mission for everyone taking turns to make sure one side didn't over cook/burn.I thought this would be it, but looking for something that can handle the weight.

This was advertised to have capacity to roast lamb or pig.#1 - maybe baby pigs or baby lamb?#2 - can fit 2 castco or Walmart chickens max#3 - looks like a kids toy when put together#4 - false advertised all around#5 - no ability to close actual lid while roasting#5 - very low or no air circulation vents at bottom area so you simply have a box of hot coles without any ability to add more or control fire power#6 - if trying to slow roast a lamb or a pig, it ain't happening#7 - got as gift, tried my best to give it a shot, but almost uselessI can go on and on.Needs to be about 4 times bigger and it would be worth money, I am disputing and asking for full refund

grillades pour 4 personnes, la cuve était trop profonde donc plus de charbon. Une cuve supplémentaire à mi hauteur serait peut etre un ajout pour pouvoir l'utiliser plus souvent . .

Pessimo acquisto, il motorino spiedo non funziona. Va in massa (corto) e causa il conseguente salto del salvavita.

Non è possibile e arrivato oggi appena lo aperto ho visto come era rotto in 3 parti ma il imballaggio era intero !!!Non lo consiglio apparte che non costa poco!!
