It just works
Had a number of different types that didn't work. This one works, no issues.

Works good
Works good. Be sure to have a good power source if using this to power your device. The standard 5V power blocks may not be sufficient. Works great with a 100W USB-C charger.

Not as versatile as the image portrays
Was expecting to use this to connect two monitors to my laptop, and maybe a keyboard dongle. The unit was inconsistent with quality of connection: wasn't able to determine if the connection problem was the usb-c end or the HDMI and VGA inputs. Troubleshooting with replacement cables didn't help. Had to return the dock.

USB C Laptop Docking Station
Light and solid material. The sockets work very well. Perfect when we have several USB sticks, HDMI etc. Excellent purchase.

USB 3 ports don't work properly.
I had hopes for this device, but hope disappeared. The 2 USB-3 ports work if a mouse or keyboard is attached to them, but the 2 external hard drives don't. The laptop won't recognize the drives. Drives work fine directly plugged in to another laptop. Dealing back and forth with the manufacturer but no success. They keep asking me to do things that I had explained in previous emails, and nothing they've suggested has resolved this. Not a good product

Stopped transferring display after 8 months
Worked well for 8 months. Stopped transferring display suddenly without any warning.

Working well
I've been using this for several months now, and it works quite well.I purchased this to replace my last docking station (of a different brand), which had stopped working. At first I was hesitant to purchase this one, because it was less than half the price of my previous docking station and was so small. I was afraid of a drop in quality along with the price drop.However, the docking station has been working great. The only issue I have noticed is that with this docking station, I can't seem to directly plug in my speaker for usage like I did with my previous docking station. When I plug my speaker into the docking station via AUX cable, it creates a constant electrical feedback noise. This is a bit of an inconvenience, but considering the great price I'm not too worried about it.
