This is a great starter kit. I find it's good for making animals because of the neutral colors.

If you're just getting into felting, as I am, you may love this. Yarn, needles, of lots of shapes, eyes/ pins, leather finger protectors, plus it's in a nice felt-like case. It's a pretty great set of materials.

My kid love this! She’s so proud of herself with each project she finishes. The carrying case is super cute too.

After my daughter introduced me to needle felting, I purchased this kit so I would have some tools of my own. It's definitely just a starter, but has good introductory items. I ended up purchasing additional wool and a handle that could hold multiple needles so that I could create some bit larger projects, but the assortment of small color wool bundles that came with this kit are useful in adding details to some of my other projects. The included case is cute. I use it to hold my tools. The booklet is a good starter resource. I will soon need another piece of foam as the one that came with the kit will not hold up very long. All in all, a good beginner's purchase.

This kit has everything you need. After watching a YouTube video my granddaughter created the avocado and a bumble bee with wings as her very first projects. She easily learned how to blend colors and the concept of the barbs of the needle connecting all the fibers. She was able to work very speedily but patiently thanks to the leather finger protectors. I think she’s “hooked” on this new hobby!

I bought this to give as a Christmas gift to a teen son. He had liked felting before and really liked this set. He has made a cactus and trying to decide what else to make. There is a great selection of colors and I really like the case where you can keep everything organized.

These are a great set of colors that felts well. I use it to add a highlight of color to the bulk gray and black I have. This is neat enough to leave on the shelf of the end table with no one the wiser that it’s my crafting kit,
