I like this Aspen bedding because unlike other Aspen bedding this one is soft and made fine which my mice love.

Less dusty than any other brand I’ve tried. Very soft, holds burrows and heat. Best I have found.

This bedding is good. I think I am sensitive to it and it causes my nose to tingle when placing it in the aquarium. Over all the bedding is good, its not dusty like the Care Fresh paper budding and it holds tunnels well. It was purchased for gerbils

Our gerbils love this mixed with the paper shreds and botanical hay. The shavings make their gerbil mansion smell much better too.

Good product! I used it as the base for my guinea pig's cage... Works well in that application.Upside: no more washing blankets.Downside: a little bit messy, fibers get everywhere and was a little dusty at first.Next time Im going to try the 8mm shavings.

Been trying to find a aspen bedding for years for hamsters, so was very happy to find this one finally because he loves wood shavings. Make sure to be VERY careful when dissolving it into the cage as i did come across many long sharp hard pieces of wood which could poke your hamsters eye out or body when burrowing, so just check every handful veryyyy carefully. Looks great and smells great i bought x2- 8mm which is perfect plus with my paper shredded bedding fills up quite well,(i may buy another). Ive a 332L tank so youd need to buy x4 of these to get a good amount of deep bedding plus another substrate to seperate the levels perhaps.. need a good 12inch deep bedding or more for the hammie. Thanks!
