This is a great invention! Good price point. Easy for 1 person to install and easy for 1 person to move around. It was very convenient for having a new puppy. I ordered 4 more panels for a little extra room. Works great and materials seem to hold up well. Not a huge fan of the 2 latch door but It is needed for support and stability and I have gotten used to It. I would buy It again!

Bought 3 units with 48 panels for the front yard, all 32" tall.Pros:* Light in weight, strong 27x32" panels.* Easy to put up, my daughter & I fenced in a huge dog run in about 1 hr, after a rain storm (stakes went in easily on wet ground).* Easy to pull up stakes and move 3 sections as a unit, for mowing around the yard. That alone was important to us, being able to move it around, clean up the yard, change the size & location and still have a strong fence.* Medium size dogs can't jump over it, just tall enough.* We *want* to keep the dogs in the house, and OUT of the kitchen & bedroom, so we took one panel anchored it to the door frame with the optional anchor kit, just a little it up off the floor - works perfect. Door is open, and dogs stay out of the areas we don't want them in.* Looks great in the front yard, and adjusts to ANY yard shape, you choose.* Cheaper than permanent fencing, much less labor involved.* Gates swing wide open, even a bigger dog can easily walk through them.* Solid enough, a medium size dog doesn't knock the fence over by jumping up on it.Cons:* push the stakes into the ground, until they bottom out on the two panels. If your dog gets one of those stakes through it's collar, it could strangle them - cause they ain't coming off without you picking up your dog and lifting them off!* will NOT fold flat, and if it did, you have difficulty picking it up! The weigh adds up, 3 panels is enough. If it must be flat, just pull all the stakes (no biggie) and they'll lay flat on top of each other.My one concern is potential of rust - which I have not seen yet. It's rained here the last couple of weeks, still no signs of rust.Can a dog OPEN a gate...? Not if you put the latch on the outside, but, if turned around, yep, so start your pen with the gate(s), opening the direction you want, preferably OUT, and work from there.For us, we think it was well worth the $1500 for a big yard fence we can move, mow around, and enclose a big tree, open area, kiddle wading pool - right up to the house - the dogs can get a really good run across this huge "L" shaped area.

This playpen fence is perfect for giving our dog safe and controlled freedom. It is very easy to set up and move around. It is perfect for our great dane! He needed more space than his crate, but still in a safe and controlled area. Very spacious! He does not jump and will not push on the fence pieces, so we feel it is very safe. Even the little noise it makes when his tail hits it or we move it around scares him. We got the 40" high fence since we have a tall dog, but I think we would have been fine with the next size down. If a large dog jumped or ran into it, I do not know if it would stay secure, but it would be worth trying.

I live on a canal in Florida and wanted to keep my year old German Shepherd pup in the back yard. I measured and bought enough sections to do three separate areas. I bought the 40 inch high but I could have probably gone a bit lower. She's afraid of the canal, so I didn't have to worry about fencing that off - glad she's not a Lab! This fence came perfectly packaged and it was super easy to install. I couldn't put the stakes down in the gravel driveway, so i propped it on one side with my workbench and on the other side I tied it to my neighbor's fence. I have to open three of these sections weekly to let my lawn mower guy in the back to mow, and that's easy too. My dog is not one that would jump on the fence, and if she did, it would come down. So this idea wouldn't work for every dog! The other two areas I fenced had dirt and the stakes went in very secure and they stay really well. I am so pleased I bought this fence! It works perfectly for me.

Love this potable fence for my BIG BOYS!! It is easy to setup and can be adapted to any campsite. We got the sixteen panel size and it can hold my two German Shepherds and our recliners comfortably. It is tall enough and sturdy enough to keep the Boys confined when necessary. Recommend getting the straps for packing and storage though, as well as rubber tips for hard surfaces. Wish these were included but all in all great value for the money and peace of mind.Only complaint is the double latch on the gates. They are a bit of an ergonomic issue. It takes two hands and a bit of fiddling to catch both latches just right to get the gate open. Recommend adding a safer way to get your fingers/hand under the latches more securely. Would’ve given a 5 out of 5 stars if not for the latches.

This is my 2nd purchase of this product - it is that good.You can tell the quality control of a manufacturer by the way they package their product.Each piece is protected with padding and everything is tied down so nothing rubs in transit, which can mar the Finnish.You don’t need instructions, because everything is designed logically and fits correctly.Easy to set up and take down - but keep the box so you can store the fence when not needed.Our 2 dogs passed away last year, but we use this when our sons’ dogs come to visit. Their dogs are elderly so we fence the doggie door in the back (to prevent them from falling in the pool) and we put up a temporary fence in the front to keep them from wandering off. The vision and hearing are failing on a few (they have 5) so it is hard to corral them at times.This purchase will not disappoint you, if you are one of the people left who appreciate quality.

Just what I needed with a new puppy!! Nice and sturdy. Wish I had ordered two, since I ended up doing that and it would have been cheaper (that was an option). Also very portable. I'll be taking it on our trips.
