looks good and it works
Very pleased with this purchase. I like this bidet system better than the ones attached to the seat . You can control the flow of water so it is easy to keep the bowl clean because you control the spray. It is just more hygenic.

I was in love with this product after it being installed. The pressure is perfect. Installation was very easy. The look gives it a very modern look.

Does the job, well made!
Easy to install, well made, beautiful finish. Reasonably priced. Make sure to use the included teflon tape and tighten all connections.

Disappointed!
I am very disappointed by this product. I ordered this for my remodeled bathroom. Couple of days after it was connected I found water all over the bathroom floor and noticed the bidet head was leaking and it was dripping water. Tried adjusting it and it did dent work. Called a plumber and had it removed and asked for a replacement I received. Had to call the plumber and had the new one installed and the same happened. I have to call the Plummer to uninstall the second one. Had to pay the Plummer three times already and the bidet does not stop the water. It keeps dripping. Adjusting the pressure did not work and after all I have not heard from the seller. Very disappointed.
