i love korean beauty and skincare and was already familiar with this brand. i was looking for a toner that would work well on my skin without being too harsh or drying. this toner did the trick! it's gentle yet effective! it has a little bit of viscosity so it's not pure liquid and can be used by tapping it into your skin with your fingers or on a cotton pad/cotton ball. I saw in some reviews people were calling it a serum though it's the viscosity of a serum, it's a toner. definitely recommend for anyone, even with sensitive skin like me. :)

The consistency is quite thick for a toner, but it is very moisturizing. I am sensitive to fragrance and the toner has no fragrance at all, so it is a big plus.
