The product was initially good. Battery would last multiple days. Our cat was enjoying the play time. Within 2 months the battery is nearly dead.. even after charging for several hours the battery barely lasts a few minutes.. there is no warranty or return on the product.. for the price they are asking it is pretty short lived fun. Buy at your own discretion

My cats love it. I put some cat nip oil drops on it. Initially, they were curious and a bit scared, but after they realized the weird creature was just fun, they started playing with it. It may be a bit noisy when it reaches the walls, so at night, I hide it. The robot stops working (sleeps) after a few minutes, but if your cat taps it, it starts working again.

Not sure if the price if reasonable or not; there is no price tag and my friend told me, she found it much cheaper in an offline store.

The toy is self aware and will run into a different direction when it bumps into any obstacle. Great battery backup! My 9 cats love it and it has kept them successfully engaged for hours. I wish it lasts at least a year or two.

It blinks 24x7 and waiting for charge to run out to stop blinking.I watsapped on number given in product photos too - asking what to do, clarification on how to turn it on/off, to confirm product was actually dead, no response.You can see a chip board right through the holes. It's got no weather/drool/hairball-vomit protection that are a given with any pet.It uses the older USB charger head, comes with the package. And has one button that I can find. Pressed it to turn on and has been on ever since. It has good battery life, because it has been blinking 24x7 for 4 days now.Barkbutler - take all my money, but give me good products! My male cats are 'in heat' and I will do anything to distract them from the yowling and spraying and escape attempts until neuter day. Uugh I need sleep.
