My order arrived earlier than anticipated.Order arrived before projected schedule.The product came in mint condition properly packaged.

These boots are great, when they’re not a defective pair!I ordered these and they were defective (it happens). The 3rd eyelet from the bottom of the left boot had a burr that would cut the lace if inserted... I returned them, they refunded them with no issue, and ordered another pair... THEY LITERALLY SENT ME THE SAME DEFECTIVE PAIR!!!!!Note the way the lace is looped through the bottom... I did that before I noticed the defect and returned them still laced up... they were already laced that way when I got the “2nd pair.”
