Love love love this! Way better than the hard plastic old school heating pads. This one doesn't get bunched up or hard. The fabric is soft and very flexible. Great to wrap it around areas easily. Different settings is fabulous, the highest is amazing. Won't burn you, but very nice for sore muscles. Like the timer feature, very easy to use. Thought it was washable, haven't figured out how to took off cord.

Large size, has great settings, long chord to plug in, and comfortable. Also good that it turns off on its own after too long time!

We had been using a “vintage heating pad” lol the big square one and this was a welcome change. We use the heating pad multiple times a week. It’s so soft and bendy you could cuddle with it. It can be folded. The adjustable timer and heat is great. The auto shut off puts my mind at ease. I can fall asleep with it on. It’s like a warm hug.

Love the size of pad, it actually reaches across my back. Timer from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Has multiple heat settings with Auto shut off. Great value and durable.

This thing is a lifesaver when it comes to cramps. It's soft, good quality, heats up fast and I don't have to worry about leaving it on because it have never failed to auto shut off for better or for worse lol

I use a heating pad for my lower back pain. Over the years I've probably tried 20 different heating pads and so far this one puts out the most consistent heat. Other heating pads tend to turn off or lower the heat randomly, but this pad keeps consistent heat for as long as the timer is set. It doesn't get quite as hot as others, but it does the trick. The upside is it doesn't burn me either.I'm a big guy and this pad is large enough to cover my entire lower back. The controls are very easy to learn and after a day of use I can set the heat and timer without looking, which is a plus for that middle of the night pain (though the digital readout is easily read in the dark or light). It heats up quickly, cools down quickly and has 6 levels of heat, compared to most others that only have 3. It's a 2 piece unit, meaning the cord plugs into the pad, but the pad's cover isn't removable. I'm not sure whether or not it's washable.I've been using this heating pad for over a month and so far it's the best I've owned, not to mention the great price.UPDATE: After about 6 months of heavy use, my heating pad quit working yesterday. I received an E1 on the display, but no heat. Definitely not a deal breaker though, as I went to buy this heating pad again because I liked my last one so much and it still had a 20% off coupon. Still the best I've owned so far, especially for the price!

Perfect size for my shoulder pain. I like the options of timer and heat levels.
