Easier repacing than I thought
I bought this fan for my son's laptop. The old fan started making noise and my son says he needs a new computer. Hold on, I say. Maybe it just needs a new fan. Not being a computer geek or having any particular electronics superpowers, I delved into it by opening up the laptop. Discovered many fan blades broken. Got the part number off it and immediately typed it into Amazon. BINGO! Amazon sells a replacement fan. It came in a day and I carefully took out the old and replaced with the new. It works great. I guess my son will have to wait for something greater to happen to his machine before he gets a new computer.
