I can't complain too badly about this item even though the pictures are very misleading and so is the description. I was excited to get this, but once I did and "charged" it, it would not work. I even tried a different charging cable. Still nothing. Came back to Amazon to start the return process. Luckily I was able to get a refund and I did not have to send the item back. So, in the meantime, I have been curious as to why it will not work after charging for days. Comes to find out, it has to be plugged in to work! (And the cord that came with it does not work at all. I had my own that works with it.) Now I have it working. But, I really don't want to sit on top of an electrical outlet while using. So, I found an old power pack for on-the-go phone charging, and it works with it. I can now use it without having to be plugged into the wall. This is still very inconvenient and nowhere in the description or pictures does it say/show it has to be plugged in to use. The couple of reviews on here had the same problem I did...thinking it was a rechargeable devise, which it is not.

The media could not be loaded.  Originally, I plugged it in when I received it, "let it charge" for about 24 hours and it wouldn't turn on. Contacted the seller and was immediately refunded. But after messages back and forth, I found out it has to STAY plugged into the wall to work. Now I wish the chord was longer. It works. Massage feels nice. Hope I will see results in my cup size next.

This doesn’t even work. Won’t come on at all. I’ve charged it and it still doesn’t work. I had to throw it in the garbage. Waste of money

I can't tell if it works, but I'm glad I bought it because I enjoy the relaxing boob massage. I've used it many times, even though I don't see any difference, because I find it soothing.

It never worked. It was a waste of money. Y=unable to return because I could not find the packaging it came in.

1. This thing does not CHARGE. You HAVE to stay plugged in with it on for it to work.2. I asked for a refund bc it's pretty much useless to sit in one spot on a short cord just to have your jugglies jiggle a bit with its vibration.3. It feels weird. Not just the vibration. But the material. It's like a vinyl (reminds me of a vinyl table cloth)...not a comfy material at all.4. I can't say if it does its job or not...it doesn't seem like it would do anything just by vibrating the jugglies...but idk what the actual science behind it is.5. The amount of time I had to wait to receive it was pretty ridiculous since I had to pay shipping too. If it's free shipping, fine...I can't complain that it takes 3 weeks. But if I'm paying shipping I would appreciate it getting here before my next birthday. Just saying.All in all...no Bueno. Not recommended. And the seller isn't reachable I guess because Amazon had to handle the refund due to the seller no longer being associated with them (from what the email said).Depending if I have to send it back or not....I may see how it is with a portable battery bank. But if I have to send it back, no real loss to me, either.

Only turns on when plugged in.

Not rechargeable and the parts inside that massage is not in the right places. Doesn't fir around my rib cage so I had to use an extra part for an ab belt so I could make it fit.
