As a Celiac, I can with certainty say this is gluten free. It’s unfortunate a handful of other reviewers got a misprinted package, but the company already verified it is GF and that it was just that - a misprint.I love pairing this with the Chung Jung One Sweet Potato Glass Noodles. 3 cups of water, 2 TSP of the chicken powder, 1 TSP of the spicy chicken powder.. some diced grilled chicken, sesame seeds, a little ginger, garlic, onions and a small swig of sesame oil makes such easy and delicious ramen noodles. Throw in some bean sprouts, carrots or vegetables and nom.I will be stocking up on the assortment pack again very soon, so I hope this company keeps thriving.

My daughter has Celiac disease, so gluten is a big no-no. We bought this because it was advertised as gluten free on the package. In the ingredients, the allergy warning says it contains wheat, which is a major gluten producer. But a bag bought at same time has a label slapped over the alergens. Confusing!Tastewise, it is very, very sweet. Consensus at the house was it is good as a marinade or a bbq sauce.

Was curious to try this but how can I when the front of the package claims this product is gluten free but back says the ingredients contain WHEAT? It's 2023. How is this allowed?! Plus I can't justify 14.99 for a product that's not even gluten free and uses msg and bunch of other additives when you can buy one that's double the amount for less than 10 bucks here on amazon. "Gluten free" and "vegan" price gouging at its finest. Don't take the bait.

I primarily use this product to enhance the flavor of my Seitan and for marinating my soycurls. Additionally, I often purchase Hime Japanese Dried Ramen Ramyun Noodles as a base for my soups. The spicy variety of this product is genuinely fiery and makes for an excellent choice. The beef flavor is quite good as well, though I must say, the chicken flavor doesn't quite hit the mark for me.

GLUTEN FREE FOR SURE! My friend is allergic to wheat yet she had no problem with this. It tastes delicious, yet I feel healthy. I especially LOVE the spice. It works great on mostly anything I cook. I am satisfied, and will definitely order again! :)

A little on the salty side which appeals to my taste buds but not my health. Very fine powder always makes me cough when I scoop our the teaspoons. I learned to hold my breath. Weird. I know there are other more basic grocery store brands of powdered chicken bouillon at a better price. Not going to purchase again, but as I said, tastes fine.

Nice flavor and decent spice. A little small for the price but worth it.
