simple replacement of parts
Never realized there were 2 filters on my Tineco vacuum until I started looking online for the main filter replacement. Spoke with manufacturer's customer service and he told me how to find the smaller filter and how to replace it. Excellent experience overall that improved suction and eliminated the need to buy another vacuum!
