Tescoma Panna Cotta Mould Set Delicia, Assorted, 9.1 x 9.1 x 12.2 cm

Excellent, well made, and most importantly they actually work. A few weeks ago I made Panna cotta, 250ml double cream, 250 ml whole milk, 25g sugar, split vanilla pod, 3 and quarter sheets of gelatine. I used the individual small metal pudding basins, 125ml capacity, the Panna cotta wouldn't come out, so tried the "dip for a few seconds in hot water to release" method, and after shaking hard, the Panna cotta eventually came out but had semi melted and formed a pool on the plate. Anyway, I then researched for an alternative as I really like Panna cotta, and jelly and I like to make ahead for dinner parties. These really are excellent for this, you take the lid off invert onto a plate, then take the little cap off and out come a perfectly formed dessert. The clever part is having the lids on both ends, I stacked mine, on top of each other in the fridge, ( you know how crowded fridges get at Christmas and New Year) perfectly happy and safe .

Really easy to use and easy to get the pannacotta out. The only small thing is that it doesn’t leave a perfectly smooth top (there is a small ring indentation from the cap), but easy to hide with fruit or a syrup!

Came on time.Made Panama Cotta in them they came out perfectly,a good wooble a sign of sucess.I like the lids as it stops the contents drying out and the added advantage of having desserts another day for a treat.

You can't beat these. Panna cotta made easy with these with the release button it just slides out fuss free.

Made Panna cottas for a dinner party - the moulds worked really well. Very easy to use, although I just rested the top (larger) lids on whilst in fridge as trying to press down to seal them on resulted in some of the liquid spilling/squeezing out the top. Once set just invert onto serving plate, remove the smaller lid (now on the top) and the Panna cottas just drop down onto the plate - brilliant. The moulds also fit very easily back in the box for storage.

Why didn't i discover these years ago ? are you me … trying to impress at a dinner party and praying your panna cottas will blab out of a ramekin without sticking to a side , or you trying to cut the sides and damage delicate silky smoothness around your beautiful dessert ? That was me … well who ever invented these is absolute genius . THis is a must for every goddess ! Panacotta will slide out of the ramekin and will always look perfect . Top comes up and you can just pore the mixture for setting - has perfect size and shape for restaurant quality finish . Finished product wont just wow you - it will wow everyone around you ! Simply amazing

I made panna cotta and put into these moulds. My recipe using 250ml of milk and the same of cream made four servings. You get different shapes for the top; I got two the same and two different ones. When it came to getting the cream out of the moulds, it was a piece of cake. I just turned the mould upside down onto a plate and removed the small yellow design from the top. The panna cotta just slipped down so easily and I did not have to use warm water to lure it out.

Great product and very easy to use. Bought these for panna cotta and the end result is amazing. As you can see from the photo. First time making panna cotta and these moulds provide the wow factor especially with the different shapes on top.

Son perfectos para hacer mis flanes proteicos para mi dieta. Tienen una capacidad de 75ml aproximadamente, suficientes para una ración. Se desmontan muy fácilmente y así se facilita su limpieza. Tescoma es sinónimo de calidad y durabilidad, y estos moldes lo confirman. Pueden parecer caros pero a la larga salen baratos, el poder utilizarlos una y otra vez, lavarlos en el lavavajillas sin problema, no quedan restos ni olores en el plástico... Volveré a comprar el modelo liso. Son totalmente recomendables.

J'ai acheté ces moules car ma fille voulait des flans pour son anniversaire. Les flans devaient être le bas de la robe de "Belle". Avec leur largeur et leur forme évasée, ils conviennent tout à fait. Ils ne font pas 12cm. Je retirerait 1cm à toutes les mesures données. Ils sont faciles d'utilisation et se démoulent parfaitement lorsque le petit capuchon est retiré. Personnellement, je n'ai pas utilisé le grand couvercle lorsque les moules étaient dans le frigo.

fantastici, fare una panna cotta o altro risulta facilissimo ed il tappo, permette una fuoriuscita veloce dallo stampo senza problemi. voto 10
