Came used and covered in ink
Product came used, wrapped in a paper towel and covered in ink. Nowhere does it state this product is used/refurbished. Don't waste your money.

Poor product
Product only lasted a couple of months. Company supposedly backed with a two year warranty, no way to contact or receive support from manufacturer. Luckily Amazon stood behind Product and provided refund, this is why I couldn't be more pleased with Amazon! Thanks Amazon! Much appreciated!
