Great shirt to run in
I have worn the shirt twice - once was in a 10k race. It was a perfect weight for running when it is 50-70 degrees outside. I imagine it would be good to hike in as well. I am 5'2" 137pounds and I purchased a size medium. Sleeves just a tad too long which is good for me. I purchased two of different colors as there are lots of colors to choose from. I recommend this product. A good value.

Don’t recommend
Not like the picture, sizing runs huge, not a pretty yellow it is like highlighter or crossing guard yellow. Fine if you really need to be seen by cars but nothing special. Spend the extra dollars on a different brand.
