This product was more reasonably priced over Liquid IV.

This eletralyte mix tastes great! I take several supplements with it and am happy with the results.

Each packet mixes with ~16oz of water, making a pretty decent amount. I like the lemon-lime flavor itself, with them maintaining a tart taste, which is exactly what lemon-lime should be. The bad part is that in addition to the lemon-lime, there is a very unpleasant flavor, tasting like vitamins (and not the tasty kind). This makes it hard to enjoy this drink, as it reminds me of the old vitamins that are meant to just be swallowed, and not chewed, as they tasted awful. For my healthy drinks, I'll be looking at other options.

Swanson Simply Hydrate Electrolyte Hydration Mix (lemon-lime, 30 packets)On an especially hot or more active day I appreciate having one of these hydration/electrolyte drinks easily available. I’ve tasted several of these powdered mixes and to me they are similar with the sweetener (this one has stevia and monk fruit) and flavor being the biggest difference. Each of course will also have their own electrolyte mix; this one has vitamin B12 and taurine, both of which may be lacking in a vegan diet.The lemon and lime colored box arrived with a circular piece of tape sealing the top. Inside were 30 individual packets, exactly as described. The packets were easy to open by tearing the dotted line (it’s very small though so is a bit hard to see) above the word Swanson.Each pack is meant to be added to 16 ounces of cold water, but of course you can add more (or less) water to taste. I tried the drink with 16 ounces but ended up adding more and a couple ice cubes (which is what I usually do), and it was the right level of flavor for me. I usually make these drinks in my large flask, but I started with an 18-ounce glass so I could see the color and take a photo. Along with the lemon-lime color, the drink did have a pleasant, light, lemon-lime taste and aroma (once I added about four more ounces of water). The heavy electrolyte taste is there and I occasionally detected a bit of salt at the end of a sip, but it was very refreshing.Vegetarian. Gluten free. “Contains a bioengineered food ingredient.” The bottom of the box I received in July 2023 was marked “MFG 03/20243” with no expiration date information. Only “Distributed by…” information is provided on the box, there’s no “Made in…” information.

What’s up with the warning ‼️ on the box?🤔.It says how it sustains hydration, has B-12, sugar free, etc. Overall it looked like this was the one I want. So I ordered it. When it arrived, I wasn’t happy at all. I had to check to make sure it had a total of 30 packs in the box. as the box was almost destroyed upon arrival 🤦🏽‍♀️ See my photos. Then, the surprise, that I didn’t notice when I looked at the product on line.It has a WARNING ⛔️ on the box “ Cancer &’Reproductive Harm” . WHAT??!!😳 This isn’t what I was looking for. Who would?I would have returned it but it’s not eligible for that, it says. So I’ve lost my money 💴 I thought I already posted this review, as I have the pictures in the gallery. For some reason, it never got posted. Well, I’m posting it NOW! 🤨 I’d like a refund at least, for the hidden risk involved, & waste of my time. I’ve already ordered another product, that has the high standards that I’m looking for. I won’t be ordering this product, from this company, ever again. 😤

The box was a little crumpled on arrival but the packets were still fine. These mix easily with water and add a delicious lemon lime flavor, the make me drink more water. I love keeping some in my purse and at work. The packs are smaller than other brands but are just as concentrated.
