Shipping was quick and easy to setup to transfer music. Player organizes by music group and albums.I found the Bluetooth to be poor quality connecting to a Bose headphone and Bose speaker. It tends to crackle. If the player is in a jeans pocket, it loses the connection and is even worse. It can control the volume via Bluetooth or the phone wireless volume buttons can which is good.For better quality, I connected using the same Bose headphones wired connection and found the player does not respond to volume control on the phone requiring it to be manually increased or decreased.The arm band is useless. To access any buttons on the lower end of the player you have to pull it out of the armband.. If it’s connected by Bluetooth may be ok but same issue of crackling when running or doing some activity. If wired, it’s a pain to do anything.I am not sure if this is used but there is something loose inside when shaking the player.Would not recommend buying and will ask the seller if a replacement can be sent or return.

The FM reception on mine is poor. I get better reception using a tin can and string…that last line…just kidding…
