It took some time to receive the order with a few delays, but thankfully it arrived just in the nick of time for Christmas morning. Amazon kept me informed on every delay and updated me daily. The plushies are a great size and well made. My little one is going to be so happy!!!!

I bought the alphabet plushies for my grandson for Christmas. He absolutely loves them! But he didn't like that the letters O and V were ripped and torn with the stuffing coming out. Otherwise, he's ecstatic!

My toddler loves these alphabets but they can take his handling them. The glue comes apart

Incomplete material, one letter of the alphabet was missing

We received the order on time for Christmas. This was the nothing in his wish list. But when we opened the package we had missing letters.

My “Q” had backwards eyes, and the “J” looks more like a ween than anything. Disappointed and no way to contact seller.Be mindful that you may or may not get all correct letters with proper sewing.

The plushy toys are great quality and my daughter loves them. There was a minor problem with shipping, but the vendor went out of their way to resolve the issue.

Its good quality but they need to learn the alphabet. I ordered this for my son for christmas, he opens it and C is missing. He was very disappointed. Just saying if it has to do with all 26 letters of the alphabet you should make sure you send 26 not 25.

My batch was missing a letter Q and the t came with the eyes on backwards. It might be a knock off bc the other alphabet lore plushies I have purchased are much better quality and have no defects. The missing letter is annoying but I’m not sending back the other 25 for a refund.

The company has great customer service and these are my sons favorite things of all time!
