I am confused what the sensitivity level and what it means and how to use it. Is it about exterior noise around your dog or something different?

BXQ Dog Bark Collar have 5 level of sensitivity. Level 5 is the most sensitive to sound.
Choose the proper sensitivity for your dogs according to the actual situation.
In a noisy environment, the sensitivity level should be set between 1-3;
in a quiet environment, the sensitivity level should be set between 4-5.
We recommend that you start testing the sensitivity at level 3 first. If you find that the bark collar doesn't work, you can turn up the sensitivity to 4 or 5. If it appears to be false triggered by exterior noise around your dog , then reduce the sensitivity step by step.
