Easy to see on my elderly father's refrigerator. My Mother's wish was to be a DNR in case of emergency. So when one happened at her house the EMS had no way of knowing this and initiated CPR. Even though it was not successful, I felt bad for her having to go through that at the end of her life. So I ordered this for my father's house. Large enough for it to be easily seen by anyone. My father is pleased with it also.
