A very well done attempt at a pre-war style double sconce light, ideal for use as accent lighting either side of a fireplace or in corridors: Both the brass work and the linen shades are of good quality, and they would work very well in a retrofitted design scheme in a private home, restaurant or hotel. Recommended.

This is a single light fixture, but it has two lights and two fabric shades, it is made of metal and has a bronze colour finish, so if you like this type of retrofitting this will certainly please you, I got this for my living room and I do like retro fittings.Installation is very easy, as long as you are a competent DIYer, otherwise, get a qualified electrician, luckily, my husband is very competent, but do be very careful if you do wish to install, if you get someone else then factor in the cost as this light is by no means cheap. In terms of size, from one end to the other, it is over 1 foot, so reasonably large, but it does not weigh that much, so the metal must be fairly thin.There is an instruction manual, do read this before installing and remember, the maximum wattage is 40W and there are no bulbs in the kit, there are the screws and rawplugs. once installed it does look nice,this is for accent lighting, and is strictly a wall feature, as the wires come out from the side. A nice and well-made light but the price is far too high if you got two light fixings then it would be acceptable, but for one I think it is expensive, as a result, I am taking off a star and give this four stars.
