I have to wear custom shoes, but the soles they put on the are pretty much slick on the bottom which causes me to go skiing if there a damp or wet smooth surface which has caused me to fall a few times besides skiing. Also, the soles are softer than factory type shoes, so these new glue on soles work out excellent for me. I used professional shoe glue on the soles and haven't had any problems whatsoever with them coming loose. Of course that's really due to the glue and not the soles, but just letting y'all know up front to not skimp on the glue, get the correct stuff so that there isn't a problem.

I bought one pair and a tube of SHOE GOO, Did one pair of my boots and they came out so good, I bought a second set and did my other boots. My 11 year old Harley boots Have new life to them.

These are actually great. Maybe not what you were expecting for a dainty pair of heels; but i bought these with the purpose of resoling my size 9 *womens*Demonia boots after 2 years of almost daily use left the soles uneven and falling apart.I was afraid these wouldnt be wide enough because the boots I get are fairly wide and chunky.These actually were almost perfect. I had to trim them down a little (like you would with size varing insoles) and my one warning is they are THICK so please have a sturdy pair of shears to cut through these. They ended up breaking my kitchen shears (the heavy duty kind) and I ended up ordering industrial Scissors which made it a heck of a lot easier.

I used these to add new soles to the bottom of my boots, and the existing soles are this color. They arrive as two front pieces moulded together, the same for the two heels. That was confusing at first.!I had to trim them down, and after tracing them to my boots, cut them down with sturdy scissors even though they're quite thick. I made them a little bigger. I used Shoe Goo to adhere them to my boots -- and you need several clamps to keep them in place all around the sole piece. So, I did one of the four sections at a time. After the glue cured (I allowed overnight) I was able to trim the excess material down to a perfect fit. Finally, since the Shoe Goo is clear but shiny, I used a stiff brush (from my tool kit) to dull areas of glue that still showed. Worked fine.

When crocs get a little old, the bottom is slick as snot and hazards like sharp gravels or thorns or such can poke right through. That is the perfect time to salvage those $60 shoes with these new soles that are BETTER than the original tread. Coat both surfaces - the sole pieces and the shoe bottom - with an even coat of your favorite contact cement and wait about 10 minutes. Press the soles onto the shoe and then trim off the excess sole with a (very) sharp knife. You can pass your crocs on to the next generation.
