not worth the money
it’s like they put zero effort into this design and build. trash can hooks are riveted crooked so it hangs crooked. they have thru bolts but need set screws to hold them tight. my bottom set screw hole wont accept the screw so it just wobbles. i’ll modify it for use but it seems like all the effort by manufacturer went into powder coating those. gave 2 stars for the powder coat. 0/10 would not recommend.

This does not include a water cooler. Beware, not all 5 gallon coolers are created equal. Ours did not fit and we had to cut the metal holder with a hacksaw to get the water spigot to fit in the basket. Not a big deal. A genuine Igloo cooler might fit perfect.The unit is stable and has held up well for a years use so far.
