These worked well for the past six months, but now we're having issues. We bought three sets, and two of the strands no longer light up. We believe it's a balance issue because when we tested the balance from the third set, all the strands worked with that specific balance. Additionally, one of the boards has stopped lighting up altogether.

My company is doing real estate business and decides to do something to attract more walked-in clients. When we saw this product on Amazon, we ordered it right away because the design is great and the price is affordable. Even though it is an international shipment, we received our order in a week! The price is unbeatable but they are made in good quality! The light is bright and definitely help attract our clients’ attention, not to mention their exceptional customer service. We were having a little problem when we were installing the display signs. They responded quick and showed us how to install the product correctly step by step.

These LED window signs light up our window and night and grab people's attention! They are easy to use, easy to change out the pictures and when we had questions about the installation, received very prompt responses from the company. We bought backlit film sheets that run through our laser printer so we can change our window display often to keep it interesting. We love the four sets we bought so much I am ordering two more as soon as I finish this review. Highly recommend these for any business that wants to draw attention to their spot - they look professional and really light up the window at night.
