Idk what the poor reviews are about. Let’s start with the fact that I’m happy I found a good case for the ROG ALLY because everything out there is all about the Steam Deck. Please read. This NOT for the ROG ALLY X!! This is for the ROG ALLY Z1/Z1E series ONLY!Great value for the money, period. Does not fit entirely snug, it’s going to be a tiny bit loose around the screen, however it’s made for you to have to insert the entire device through the screen portion, so it’s necessary not to have your joysticks getting ruined over a case that would be too tight to push them through. I understand this quite clearly but some people won’t. But once the case is fully on, it’s lovely, it does not shift or move by any means. It fits in a very satisfactory manner. I LOVE the grip texture, it makes the gaming experience way better and the additional grips to put on your sticks are a MAJOR plus I didn’t even know I needed. Highly pleased with my purchase!

Really nice feel, fits comfortably all around. Takes a second to get the Ally into it, but once you do, there's no slipping. Love the rubber texture feel. Only gripes is it covers the power button, so fingerprint is out, and there's a small part of the screen area that is raised. Also, while the thumb stick grips are fantastic, they're too thick in combination with the case itself, so you can't fully extend the sticks in any direction.

The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this case! It stands on its own and works with my dock, even fitting in the Lisen dock station holder stand, which is just awesome! It’s sturdy, beautiful to me, and it doesn’t affect the cooling fans. It fits like a glove! This was the best chance I took. I got another case for my Asus Rog Ally and it was thin, not very protective, loose fitting, and just not what I wanted. This case actually fits as it should, it’s a stand on its own without a little flimsy kick-stand that can break off or snap off. It is very protective and thick which is extremely important to me! I use my Ally as a console primarily with the Lisen docking station and a Bluetooth controller. Which if someone wants to game with this and a controller, the stand is great for that option. Sorry for the reflection in the screen, I was doing a rose clay mask. 😄 I highly recommend the case to anyone wanting good protection, a good stand feature that won’t break, useable with a docking station like Lisen, and good style.

I was wondering why when playing COD, my right stick wasn't moving the greatest. Turns out the case actually stops the joysticks from fully moving. So you either need to cut into it, or change the controller settings which can take a while to find the settings that best fit.The case also leaves marks on my hand.I'll keep it for now just until I find something better, because I do like having a sleeve over my device.

I was very excited to get this product and the case fits the ROG Ally great but it over heats with the way it is covered. The side grips feel very weird and not normal. The thumb stick covers do not work with the case on. The thumb stick covers alone are awesome but if you have the case on it blocks you from rotating the stick all the way around it does not work at all. Buy a different grip!

Putting the case on is a bit weird as you have to stretch it over everything and I was worried about breaking the rubber, but it held up nicely and covers it well. My only real complaint is this will prevent your Ally from fitting a certain Dock station correctly, and the added bulk from the plastic makes it slightly too wide to fit on the dock. JSAUX docks will have a slight issue, but I managed to sit mine in a way that prevents it from slipping. Overall satisfied with the product.

The material was nice and good grip but it was just too loose. The cut around the analog sticks aren’t wide enough you can feel the sticks hit the case. Same problem with all the other buttons the case was just in the way. Biggest problem for me is you lose the finger print feature since they didn’t do a cut out for it. Just not worth buying. Definitely recommend skipping.

Awesome very cool literally! It cools while you play because it's cut in the right spots to allow airflow on top of providing just the right amount of grip to fit nicely in the hands
