Arrived fast , just what I wanted

I've always wanted to try these bands. Price was perfect. Fast shipping. Tried the heavy band first...had some resistance but would have liked it to have more strength. But able to use these on daily basis.

These are good bands, with multiple strengths. The only thing I don’t like is you have to transfer the handle every time you change band weights. I do some exercises at different weights so it’s a constant switch that interrupts my workout.

I found these bands too give good work out they have strengthend my up legs. They do help with pains I get in side of hips when walking. It is less and can walk further then before I used them.

Exactly what I need to make use of idle sitting time and getting some workouts in while working at home.
